Healthy Food

This page is all about healthy food in daily life,

In this page, i am going to write about different healthy dish recepies.

 I shall start with, Ragi (Finger Millet)

Ragi is one such food,which has capacity of cooling down the body temperature due to heat, easily digestible.
Most commonly used in the form of ragi balls, ragi malt, ragi rotti(chapati).

But here i am going to write about one more easy and healthy dish of Ragi, 

Ragi Idly.


Reqirements:

1) Ragi Flour : 2 Bowls
2) Udad(Vigna mungo) daal( gram)  : 1 Bowl
3) Salt to taste.


Procedure:

1) Soak 1 bowl of Udad  Daal(Gram) in water for overnight, and make a fine paste(Batter) of it in a blender.
2) In the batter(udad daal paste or batter), add 2 bowls of Ragi(Vigna Mungo) Flour, and salt and mix it well.
3) Take idli cooker, grease  its plates with oil,and pour a spoon of batter into that, and steam cook for 15 to 20 minutes.


Now Ragi idli's are ready to serve. :)
